We put up our political sign in our yard last night and got 15 hits on our site. Doesn't seem like much but it was at 3:30pm and its a holiday weekend. Hoping for more.
Disbanding the entire HOA would probably result in fewer fees for everyone who lives there. I don’t live in an HOA, and you know who pays for my road? My taxes that I already pay to our government.
Forcing 15841 to pay for a road they don’t even drive on is like requiring your neighbors to pave your own driveway. Completely asinine.
I want to thank everybody that signed our petition yesterday in support that we should not have to pay for roads that we do not live on and are not connected to! Good people doing the right thing!
To those of you that were rude and refused to do the right thing to save yourselves approximately $18.60 a year, we hope you have enjoyed a couple of extra happy meals on us!
There needs to be a covenant change/ amendment to exempt them for paying for our roads. They are not connected to their property at all.
This board has also decided that as an association we should pay for umbrella policies for the board members in clear violation of our by laws concerning compensation.
And for everyone’s information… Jim and Michelle are bound by covenants to pay dues. But the president of our HOA is running a business out of his home in violation of said covenants and has not offered up a vote to change or amend any of these covenants… just continuing to violate them while enforcing the covenants on Jim and Michelle. Hmmm. Seems a little hypocritical to me.
